MADAN SARA: PRIVATE FILM SCREENING & DISCUSSION

Join us, in collaboration with The Caribbean Cultural Center and African Diaspora Institute, for this private film screening of Madan Sara, a documentary by Etant Dupain that tells the story of the women who form a critical part of the Haitian economy. As part of this private virtual event that can only be viewed live, we’ll sit down with cultural workers and members of the filmmaking team to discuss the importance of the Madan Sara and the ways in which this film amplifies the women’s call for a more just Haiti.
