Lieutenant Neville Welch, USMC (Ret.), served in the US Marine Corps for 21 years. Since his retirement, he has been significantly involved in his community as chairperson of the Cherry Hill Development Authority, vice-chair for Prince William County’s Safe Schools Advisory Council, and the former league director for Prince William County’s boys U7/U8 recreational soccer.
He earned a Bachelor of Science from Howard University, a graduate certificate in government affairs from Georgetown University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Philosophy in Management. He is currently writing his Ph.D. dissertation on artificial intelligence.
As the CEO of Lemmas Consulting, LLC, Mr. Welch brings a thoughtful scholar-practitioner perspective to management, organizational and professional development, and leadership challenges. Mr. Welch taught graduate-level courses using adult learning principles, Socratic and experiential learning methods, and facilitative instructional techniques.
Mr. Welch has designed, developed, and facilitated experiential and active learning programs for adult learners on supervisory and management skills, leadership, team building, subordinate development, operational stress, interpersonal communication skills and techniques, and many other organizational and human resource development topics.
